Cancel An Order

You can request to cancel an order within an hour of your purchase as long as the a company hasn't dispatched it yet. If it's been longer than an hour, you can still contact a company and ask them if they can cancel your order for you. please contact us at support@goldcaun.com.

If you need to cancel your order, let a company know as quickly as possible. If a company has already shipped your order they won't be able to cancel it for you.

If you can't cancel your order
If a company has already shipped your item or if they don't accept your cancellation request, you'll need to wait until you receive the item and then start a return request.

For a RETURN product, you must mail it to: 71-75 Shelton Street, London, WC2H, United Kingdom, it is your responsibility to pay your own shipping charges to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return costs will be deducted from it
